I am a mum to two magnificent adult children. In my life BK (before kids) I was a pharmacist but I have now swung in the total opposite direction. I now believe in treating the CAUSE of disease and not merely in treating the SYMPTOMS of disease.

How do I access the materials?

Each week you will be sent an email containing a link to the training video, any supporting documents and any bonus videos. I suggest you save these onto your computer.

What happens if I get interrupted and can't do the program every week?

I understand that life can get in the way so if you don't have time to work on the module that week then save the email and access it whenever you are ready to resume. However remember, that this is something that you are doing for you. You have invested in yourself because you deserve it. You and your loved ones will benefit, so get right back to it as soon as you can so that you can start making changes.

What value will I get from the coaching sessions?

Health and Wellness Coaching allows clients to safely and confidently explore their health challenges and their goals. Your 1:1 coaching sessions will help you to learn about the 'why' and 'how' of being more mindful about your health choices. They will provide you with personal support, guidance and accountability as you navigate your way through the program. What is your refund policy?

If after 10 days you have done all the work required by watching the videos, reading the PDFs, completing the actions and posting in the Facebook group but you think that you won't get any value from the program, then email me for a 100% refund. You will get to keep everything received so far but you won't have access to any of the bonuses nor to the rest of the modules.

What should I do once I've completed the program?
