How can I as an Energy Healer help you to release your emotional baggage?

What is an Energy Healer?

We have all had negative events occur in our lives when we didn’t process the associated emotions properly as we just thought we could sweep them under the carpet. Emotions are vibrational energies, so those emotions don’t just disappear, they end up getting trapped in our bodies- we call them Trapped Emotions. This can result in imbalances on an emotional, spiritual, mental or even physical level. Trapped emotions may cause feelings of depression and anxiety and may also block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others.

How does the process work?

Our subconscious mind knows more about us than anyone else. From the day we are born we are programming things into our subconscious minds. All our experiences, memories, emotions, behaviours, habits and patterns.

That’s why I can ask your subconscious mind anything about you and it’ll know the answer. Sorry, but I can’t ask what lotto numbers are going to win or whether you should get married or not.

Once I connect with you energetically, I can ask your subconscious mind questions that have yes or no answers. When information surfaces from the subconscious mind it results in readable changes in our immediate energy field which can be shown by muscle testing. There are many ways to conduct muscle testing but regardless of the method used, the practitioner is able to read answers given by the subconscious mind.

As a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, I have a process whereby I can identify what trapped emotions are contributing to a particular issue you may be suffering from.

Via the governing meridian, which is a reservoir of energy that connects to all other meridians and influences the energy flow in the entire body, I am able to release that emotion so that it moves out of the energetic body into the energetic field around the body. Once it is out of the body that emotion will dissipate.

How will I feel afterwards?

After a session, the emotions that were released need to be processed.

Processing happens automatically and can last between one and three days.

During and after this time, you may experience a shift in how you feel mentally, spiritually, emotionally and /or physically. It is very common to feel lighter, calmer and happier.

You may notice that the symptoms you had are not as intense or have disappeared completely.

You may also notice that you feel more motivated and focused on achieving your goals.

By releasing trapped emotions, we are creating freedom from that emotional baggage that affects us in our daily lives. We aren’t deleting memories we are merely changing the emotional charge associated with a particular memory or event. Therefore, you may remember the old memory without all those negative associations you have with them. Your subconscious mind may bring up painful memories less often because it doesn’t need to get your attention anymore now that the emotional charge has been removed.

The goal is not to stop experiencing a particular emotion, but to create a scenario that when you do feel that emotion again, you are not going to trap it and you will be able to get the message that is coming from that emotion.

Releasing trapped emotions can create proper conditions for the body to heal so those physical and emotional difficulties may disappear or become much more manageable.
