I am a mum to two magnificent adult children. In my life BK (before kids) I was a pharmacist but I have now swung in the total opposite direction. I now believe in treating the CAUSE of disease and not merely in treating the SYMPTOMS of disease. 

When I turned 47 it seemed as though my body and my mind took on a life of their own. I felt like I wasn't in control anymore. Then I discovered nature's medicine and my whole life changed. What's included in the Change The Way You Eat Program?

You will have one 60 minutes coaching session (conducted via Zoom link) per week for eight weeks.

Each session will be centred around a specific topic while delving into your particular story and your relationship with food.

During the sessions, you will be asked to complete a worksheet which will prompt you to look at your life from the outside in.

Most weeks you will be asked to complete some form of homework which enables you to focus in on the what, why and how around your lifestyle choices.

Together we will create a vision for your health journey and we will discuss obstacles that you will encounter along the way and strategies to dealing with those.

Along the way, you will be held accountable for actions you take to move you closer to realising your vision.

How do we have the sessions?

Once you have purchased the program I will email you and we will organise a time that works for you to conduct your sessions via zoom link weekly.

What happens if I get interrupted and can't do the program every week?

I understand that life can get in the way so if you aren't able to attend a session we can reschedule to a date and time that works for you.

What value will I get from the coaching sessions?

Health and Wellness Coaching allows clients to safely and confidently explore their health challenges and their goals. Your 1:1 coaching sessions will help you to learn about the 'why' and 'how' of being more mindful about your health choices. They will provide you with personal support, guidance and accountability as you navigate your way through the program. 

Is there a payment plan available?

There is the option of two payments of $480 AUD. The initial payment is at signing up and the second payment is after three sessions. Please email me to take advantage of this option.
